Announcement (Pemberitahuan)

Announcement is a public statement containing information about an event that has happened or is going to happen

Purpose  : to inform, to invite, and to ask the readers to do something

Announcement can be spoken or written

The Structure of announcement are :       1. Opening

                                                                   2. Contents

                                                                   3. Closing

When we are going to write an announcement there should be:

1. The tittle
2. Whom the announcement addressed to
3. The contents/ information
4. Who made the announcement/ who is responsible with the announcement.
